This is a raw chocolate sweetened with sorbitol and xylitol in our special blend. None of these substances act like sugar in the body; essentially they do not convert to glucose and do not stimulate insulin release for metabolism. Please note this product contains peanuts and is not suitable for people who are allergic to peanuts. Also, Xylitol and Sorbitol are both laxative in excess, so don't go mad with this product!
