Whilst we believe Threelac is more aggressively anti candidal, Bio-Kult is an excellent all round probiotic for intestinal balance and integrity. It's also very useful for those severe candida sufferers for whom Threelac is too strong initially. It may also be beneficial for those seeking a good gut maintenance product once candida has been brought under control.

Relieving vaginal thrush

We have also had a number of women report that they successfully used this product to relieve thrush by inserting 1 or 2 capsules into the vagina and leaving it there (the acid environment of the vagina will naturally split open the capsules).

Relieving oral thrush

Sprinkle 1 or 2 capsules in a very small amount of water just before bed. Rinse in the mouth for a few minutes. Then go to bed. Do NOT clean you teeth afterwards. This may give relief within a week or two. But please remember that you may need to treat any systemic candida overgrowth as well in order to prevent re-occurrence.

Each bottle contains 120 x 200 mg vegetable based capsules, equivalent to a 2 month maintenance usage of 2 capsules twice a day. For therapeutic use, we recommend 4 capsules twice a day.
