If you are using the capsules, you wont need to use the lemon juice stated on the instructions of the powder, as they contain citric acid.

Ingredients: Magnesium, Oxygen, Veggie capsule (Cellulose), citric acid, vegetable stearate
Directions: For regularity take one or two capsules with ample water daily. This can be increased to 3-4 capsules per day if 1-2 are not sufficient to encourage regularity. Colosan capsules should be consumed on an empty stomach not less than half an hour before eating (we suggest first thing in the morning before breakfast). Consult a physician or your health care practitioner if intending to take a larger dosage for colon cleansing.
