I bought the trial size to see how I would get on with them. I cautiously took one capsule morning and night (this dosage was ok for me, you need to see what dose works best for you)

THESE CAPSULES ARE FAB THEY REALLY DO WORK I SUFFER FROM IBS WITH CONSTANT CONSTIPATION WELL NO MORE I NOW GO EVERY DAY AND WITH NO STOMACH CRAMPS LIKE I GET WITH OVER THE COUNTER MEDS. I WILL CARRY ON BUYING THESE AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND

Everyone should try this!!! This product has been so gentle, I was worried about having to run to the toilet but have had no bad side effects...just having more energy, in a better mood, and a general feeling of calm in my digestive system!

i only took one capsule & had terrible diahorrea much prefer the more gentle effects of aloe
