What is The Finchley Clinic Reward Scheme?.
Every time you shop at the Finchley Clinic you will receive customer reward points for every product you buy. Your reward points can then be redeemed in exchange for a discount voucher. Reward points are automatically calculated as part of the order process and you will receive 10 points for every pound (£) spent on products. Please note that the calculation is based on product cost only. We don't provide reward points on shipping charges.
Will I receive Reward Points on Every Order?
Yes...but with three exceptions
 
1) Orders which include customer discounts will not attract reward points. This basically only affects our trade customers.
2) Orders which include the use of a special / promotional discount voucher will not attract reward points (unless the discount voucher is a Rewards voucher).
3) Sale / Clearance items are excluded from reward points
How much are the Reward Points worth?
The rewards start at 1000 points which you can use for a £2 discount voucher to use when checking out your order. However this may increase from time to time with double and triple reward points promotions which will be publicised in our newsletter, so make sure you are subscribed. The vouchers never expire after a certain point in time (unlike most loyalty or reward schemes). However we reserve the right to change this policy at some point if we feel we need to.
How do I know how many Customer Reward Points I have?
