Fivelac is stronger than Threelac, at least in theory. Sensitive or severe sufferers should start with Threelac, Oxygen Elements Plus, Bayberry Formula, and Active Enzymes (if there also digestive issues) and one of the colon cleansing products (especially if constipated).
Although Fivelac is a great product, we do not believe it is a miracle cure for all the people, all of the time.
