To qualify for a refund you must fulfill the following requirements:

• You must contact us within 60 days of receiving your order and provide a quick explanation as to why you would like a refund. Sometimes we find the products have been used inappropriately given the circumstances, and we like to at least offer people the chance to take our advice first.

• Send us all remains or unused portions of the product(s) (an empty bottle or box will also do if you have finished it) including any unopened products(s) that you may have purchased.

• This should be received back into our facility any time within 60 days from the date the goods were received, though we allow a few days grace to allow for postal delays.

• You will be refunded the full amount of the product but shipping and credit cards costs will not be refunded. In order to cover these costs, returns are subject to a £4.50 charge or 10% of the order value (whichever is the greater sum).
