A combination of herbs traditionally used to help psychological stress and anxiety. The relaxant herbs may also help with period pain. (Though in cases of pre-menstrual pain, Agnus Castus Formula is the better option)

Stress seems to play a part in the causation of almost every health problem known. Dermatological, gastrointestinal, cardiovascular. musculoskeletal, gynaecological, sexual, allergic, and autonomic nervous system disorders often have a psychogenic component, and this has long been recognized by the orthodox medical profession. In fact many of our customers bitterly complain that almost whenever their doctor doesn't know whats wrong them, they often say "its just stress" even if they don't feel particularly under stress.

Herbal nervines are the closest natural alternative to drug-based tranquillizers and can help reduce the symptoms of stress and tension. They may also be used to wean patients off conventional tranquillizers (though we recommend this to be done under medical supervision). Lavendar Formula combines some of the most effective herbal nervines available. Apart from Lavendar it includes herbs such as valerian and passiflora, which have long been used to assist with stress and anxiety. It may be helpful for people with nervous disability, anxiety, tension. irritability, over-excitability, hysteria, childhood hyperactivity, behavioural problems, stress-induced fatigue, insomnia etc.

As an aside, many of the herbs in Lavendar Formula are considered to have antispasmodic activity, and so may help in the treatment of intestinal cramp and period pain.

For some people Lavendar Formula seems to produce a sense of calmness almost as soon as its taken. For more long term stress and anxiety problems we reccommend trying it for 2-3 months.

If you are taking conventional medication (tranquilizers etc) we would not advise you to start using this product or to discontinue your existing regimen without discussing it with your doctor first.
