The following nutritional factors may be a contributory factors to low mood. :-

1) Poorly functioning thyroid (Consider Kelp Formula, Thyroid Support Formula)
2) Poorly functioning adrenal glands (Consider Licorice Formula / Licorice Formula A, maca, guarana)
3) Psychological stress (Consider Lavender Formula, and possibly Licorice Formula / Licorice Formula A, Serotone)
3) Candida Toxins (Consider Bayberry Formula or Bayberry Formula A).
4) Low Blood Sugar (Consider Chromium, Sucroguard, Licorice Formula / Licorice Formula A)
5) Lack of oxygen (Consider any of the liquid oxygen products)
6) Mineral deficiency. A study of minerals reveals that a deficiency of virtually every mineral has been associated with low mood. Individuals with mood problems may want to give Mega Minerals Plus or Mineral Complex a go for a couple of months to see whether it helps.
7) Winter depression (S.A.D)  (Consider Vitamin B12. Possibly Vitamin D too, though this has been been the subject of debate).
8) Deficiency of Omega 3 fatty acids (Consider Mega EPA, Fish oil, Linseed oil).
9) Lowered general vitality. Most of the above products have potentail to rise general vitality.
