Aerobic Oxygen and Aerobic K07 are very similar - they both claim to contain 13,000 ppm (parts per million) of dissolved oxygen. The main difference is that Aerobic Oxygen is made from a sodium source and Aerobic K07 is made from a potassium source. In both cases, the actual nutritional intake of sodium and potassium is negligible. The dosage guidelines are different, but given their similarity, we can only assume that the manufacturers simply have different views on how much should be taken.

This is the original product called "Aerobic Oxygen" for the last 20 years. Aerobic Oxygen is sold in over 30 countries, and claimed by the manufacturers to contain the highest level of non toxic negatively charged stabilized oxygen of any product on the market. Recently I have come to realise the value of alkalizing the body (too large a subject to venture into here), and this product is superb for accomplishing that goal as well as for oxygenating the body.

By taking 20 drops 3 times a day, the manufacturers state that people have reported benefits in the following areas.

Occasionally people report to us that they either didn't like the taste of Oxygen Elements Max, or that that the mildly acidic ingredients disagreed with them. In the majority of cases where people have stated that it disagreed with them, it was actually because it was de-toxifying them too quickly and they simply needed to take a lower dosage and build up gradually. However we also accept that occasionally it might genuinely disagree with a few individuals, or that another product may simply work better for them, and since introducing Aerobic Oxygen to our range, we have found this indeed to be the case.

Aerobic Oxygen has very little taste, and does not contain any acidic ingredients and has a long history of use with many superb results. Agnus Castus (also known as Chaste Tree, Monk’s Pepper and Vitex) has recently grown in popularity as the natural aid for the symptoms of Pre-Menstrual Syndrome (PMS) including irritability, depression, headache and bloating. (Although please note, Agnus Catus Formula contains several other supportive herbs and is not just Agnus Castus by itself). Recent research has indicated that it may increase levels of the hormone progesterone in relation to oestrogen. There is compelling evidence that these effects could help to correct hormonal imbalances common in PMS, thereby helping to ease it’s symptoms. Statistics indicate that most females suffer from premenstrual tension and that in most cases this is associated with an excess of oestrogen. The hyperoestrogenaemia may derive from over production or inadequate breakdown, or both. Many other gynaecological conditions result from excessive oestrogen levels: these include endometriosis, fibroids. dysmenorrhoea, menstrual flooding, and cystic breast disease.

Agnus Castus Formula may lower elevated oestrogen levels whatever the cause we hope cam help the above conditions. As we have already described, Agnus Castus may also raise progesterone levels, which are depressed in oestrogen overload conditions. Our remedy, Agnus Castus Formula contains Agnus Castus and a number of other herbs which may help reduce or even eradicate the symptoms of PMT. Free radical damage is considered to be responsible for the aging process and the underlying weakness linking all serious illness. This ubiquitous deficiency explains why I believe everyone, without exception, should take an antioxidant product critical for the immune system, preventing free radical damage, and slowing the aging process, indefinitely. I have been taking this product and Oxygen Elements Plus (which also has antioxidant properties, due to the prescence of hydrogen ions, even though it oxygenates the body) continuously for some years for general health and virtually never get colds any more, even though I am not as disciplined as I should be in my diet and lifestyle. Selenium forms part of the enzyme glutathione peroxidase, is an antioxidant that protects the body by defending the damaging effects of free radicals and reduces the harmful oxidation of fats in the blood, and in doing so may help to maintain a healthy heart and circulation. It is also part of the enzyme iodothyronine deiodinase, which converts the thyroid hormone T4to its active form T3. A sluggish thyroid will ensure that all body systems function at a low ebb (see page on Kelp Formula for more information about this). Professor Harry Foster claims in his book "What Really Causes AIDS?" that glutathione peroxidase is the primary cause of the progression of HIV to full blown AIDS, and that this can be prevented and even reversed with selenium supplementation. Please note that this is Professor's Foster's representation, and we are not able to verify it or claim that selenium supplmentation helps treat HIV or AIDS.

Zinc supplementation can lead to increased energy, less colds and infections, better memory, less PMT, prevention of hair loss, improved nail growth, increased libido, acne and other skin problems fading, and prostate problems receding. This is a mere handful of its many advantages.

Manganese is helpful in the treatment and prevention of oeteoporosis, arthritis and PMS. Its also an antioxidant nutrient that is important in the breakdown of amino acids and the production of energy. It is necessary for the metabolism of Vitamin B-1 and Vitamin E.

Copper is involved with energy levels by promoting iron absorption, helps to protect against heart disease & strokes, is good for healthy bones, good for the immune system.

Futhermore the Manganese balances the Selenium and the Copper balances the Zinc. For most Candida victims, Bayberry Formula is an extremely useful and well tolerated part of an anti candida treatment. However, it has emerged that for a small minority, its mild anticandidal activity Is sufficient to provoke a die-off reaction. Usage guidelines

Relieving vaginal thrush

We have also had a number of women report that they successfully used this product to relieve thrush by inserting 1 or 2 capsules into the vagina and leaving it there (the acid environment of the vagina will naturally split open the capsules).

Relieving oral thrush

Sprinkle 1 or 2 capsules in a very small amount of water just before bed. Rinse in the mouth for a few minutes. Then go to bed. Do NOT clean you teeth afterwards. Bio-Kult does not contain any meat-based materials and is enclosed in a vegetable capsule.

2. What is the concentration of Bio-Kult?
10 billion CFU/gram, which equates to 2 billion per capsule.

3. Can Bio-Kult be taken during pregnancy?
Bio-Kult contains naturally occurring beneficial microorganisms which have been previously shown to be safe to take during pregnancy. However, we would always recommend that advice should be sought from your GP/Health Care Practitioner whenever taking supplements.

4. Is there any situation when Bio-Kult should not be taken?
Bio-Kult should be prescribed at the discretion of the Health Care Practitioner for pregnant women, milk allergies, and in cases of immunosuppression.

5. I’m lactose intolerant. Can I take Bio-Kult?
Bio-Kult contains probiotic strains that have been shown to produce lactase, the enzyme needed to break down lactose, which is usually lacking in people intolerant to lactose. Bio-Kult contains traces of milk products at a level which would not affect lactose intolerance sufferers.

8. I suffer from IBD. Will probiotics help?
Evidence suggests that increasing the number of beneficial bacteria in the small intestine and colon may improve the health of patients suffering from IBD. Probiotics will not cure IBD, but have been shown to reduce the symptoms of IBD.

9. I suffer from IBS. Will Bio-Kult help?

Usage guidelines

Relieving vaginal thrush

We have also had a number of women report that they successfully used this product to relieve thrush by inserting 1 or 2 capsules into the vagina and leaving it there (the acid environment of the vagina will naturally split open the capsules).

Relieving oral thrush

Sprinkle 1 or 2 capsules in a very small amount of water just before bed. Rinse in the mouth for a few minutes. Then go to bed. Do NOT clean you teeth afterwards. This may give relief within a week or two. But please remember that you may need to treat any systemic candida overgrowth as well in order to prevent re-occurrence.

Interview with Chris Dennison, Developer of CharismaHome

Chris: Quite simply, it is a means of enabling you to influence your own home environment to be in harmony with you and your loved ones.

Mark: It's just a glass block. So what's so special about it? How does it do this?

Chris: To explain exactly how this is achieved would take up the space equivalent to a book, not because the method is complicated but simply because, to a large degree, the processes involved are invisible. One has to explain a lot of seemingly diverse strands of information However, having said that, the processes are not unknowable because they are the processes we use everyday in our communications. It utilizes a channel of communication that is infinite in capacity and unlimited in possibility and processes that have been known about for centuries. Those of soul and signification.

Mark: That seems a little metaphysical. Surely you need some energetic action to make a difference.

Chris: Well, if you work from the premise that the world is a hostile place and we have to fight to protect ourselves and put a lot of energy into that process, then, maybe it would be a conclusion one would arrive at. However, if you are of the opinion that the world is a mirror of our interior beingness, then maybe it is not so far fetched after all. This is about how we, as humans, relate to the world and its invisible component - soul. There are a number of modern authors who have written about soul. Robert Romanyshyn has written from an historical and psychological perspective about technology being divorced from soul. Peter Wilberg has written about the soul as the source of our "felt sense" and it's infinite interiority. Thomas Moore has written about the need for awareness of, and caring for the soul in our everyday lives. Peter Novak has written about soul as being a binary component from a theological perspective. When we communicate we try our best to make our meanings clear. CharismaHome is a communication to soul about harmony.

Mark: Is this something to do with energy medicine?

Chris: Yes, and no. Energy medicine, for instance, like homeopathy or flower essences, I think, should be termed energy releasing medicine. The pills and liquids are not so much containers for a mysterious subtle energy but representations, or sign types, that communicate with the soul of the person who ingests them. I see the glass block of CharismaHome as another form of delivery system but one which doesn't need to be ingested.

Mark: What does CharismaHome look like? Does it take up half my living room?

Chris: CharismaHome is discreet. It looks like an ornament and can easily be moved from place to place. This is perfect for travellers, like salesmen, or even when you go on holiday. Mark: I noticed that there are some designs etched within the glass.

Chris: As with all signs there is a material element, a medium of expression, in this case glass, but the glass has also been etched, distorted if you like, to enable other sign types to operate.

Mark: Is the etching all there is to this instrument?

Chris: Oh, no. The invisible component is what makes it work. I used to call it programming, but this has all sorts of connotations with computing and it sort of gives the wrong idea. Let's say that the glass is imbued, or impressed. It's an impression that can make an impression. That ability is reflected in its name. The Charisma part is about making an impression.

Mark: Are there any other benefits of having CharismaHome in one's environment?

Chris: Yes, and strangely, the benefits I would like to point out are to do with tension. It may seem like a negative but we have to have a certain kind of tension in our living space. This tension comes about through the connection between the Earth and the Cosmos. We have evolved to live within this field of tension otherwise our cells and organs fail to operate efficiently. This is not a problem outdoors but, after a while, in an enclosed space we start to experience difficulties. This is not such a good idea in northern climes during winter. We tend to resist the urge because of temperature differentials and learn to put up with the loss of necessary tension. It might be a mobile phone, the chips in their bank cards, their watch, anything like that. It can even be that they had their arms or legs crossed at the time, which also causes disconnection. So, despite the room being reconnected they can feel nothing because their disconnection was not caused by the room going "off" in the first place. People can usually feel something has happened. Sometimes it is just a feeling of relief. Once CharismaHome is in a property it can take anything from a few seconds to an hour for the house to be balanced and harmonized. The time required depends on the size of the property and on the problems to be corrected. The simple act of reconnection takes a few seconds only.

Mark: What can be done about the mobile phones and bank cards, etc, that you say are not corrected by CharismaHome?

Cocozone (Ozonated Coconut Oil) is designed for external use (thrush relief, skin problems etc). It takes our supplier 2 days to make one litre of this fantastic product and the relatively high cost reflects the fact that coconut oil itself is quite dear and the fact that it is very labour intensive to produce to the quality we require (we briefly tried a cheaper brand, which seemed to be useless. We then found out it had only been ozonated for 4 hours, and we promptly discontinued it).

Our current supplier uses organic virgin coconut oil from Sri Lanka to make this product. We believe it is the best source in the world. It keeps indefintely if kept in a cool location, or stored in the fridge.

Also note, we do not send this product to hot countries or in very hot weather in the UK in case the product is compromised. At temperatures above 26 degrees Celcius we recommend you to refrigerate Cocozone.

Ozonated Olive Oil, which we sell as Medcare is not as pleasant smelling as but it the brand we supply has the advantage that it does not require refrigeration and stores ozone more efficiently. Ozonated Olive Oil also has very long history of use throughout the world, and has a longer track record than ozonated Coconut oil. ,

Nonetheless, a few people prefer Cocozone, possibly because coconut oil has therapetic effects in its own right whether it has been ozonated or not, or possibly just because ozonated coconut oil agrees with some people better than ozonated olive oil. We would love you to try both products and then tell us which one you find more effective. The truth is we get great results reported to us with both products. Without some feedback from customers saying which one they found better, we can't at this point tell you which one is more consistent.

Several studies have confirmed that the lauric acid or monolaurin content of coconut oil kills or inactivates Candida albicans, ringworm (a skin fungus) and numerous bacteria and protozoa. A 1998 study also showed that Chlamydida (a sexually transmitted disease) is inactivated by lauric acid, capric acid and moncaprin found in coconut oil. Whilst no studies have been carried out specifically on ozonated coconut oil that we know of (most of the studies seem to have been with ozonated sunflower oil or olive oil), it would seem logical that when coconut oil is combined with ozone, which is also anti fungal and anti bacterial, to produce Cocozone, you should have a very powerful marriage.

Many health practitioners contend that all disease begins in the colon and conversely that optimal well-being begins with a healthy colon. This is why we believe that for ideal health, it is critical to clear out the 10-12 pounds of accumulated feacal matter typically found in the colon of the average person. There are many colon cleansing products on the market, but most of them do not have the added advantage of oxygenating the bowels at the same time. This is why we believe our colon cleansing products are the best currently available. Unfortunately this is not really Fivelac on the cheap - because the capsules only contain half as much as the sachets. In other words 2 capsules = 1 sachet. Problems with the alcohol base in Golden Seal Formula FE

Occasionally we have had customers who claim they cannot tolerate even one drop of alcohol. This is probably true in some very severe cases. But if necessary you can deplete the alcohol from the extract by using water that does not exceed 105 degrees F. Mix the drops with warm water, let sit for at least 10 minutes and most of the alcohol will be depleted. As long as the water does not exceed 105 degrees F the action of the extract will not be affected.
