Aerobic Oxygen and Aerobic K07 are very similar - they both claim to contain 13,000 ppm (parts per million) of dissolved oxygen. The main difference is that Aerobic Oxygen is made from a sodium source and Aerobic K07 is made from a potassium source. Agnus Castus (also known as Chaste Tree, Monk’s Pepper and Vitex) has recently grown in popularity as the natural aid for the symptoms of Pre-Menstrual Syndrome (PMS) including irritability, depression, headache and bloating. Recent research has indicated that it may increase levels of the hormone progesterone in relation to oestrogen. There is compelling evidence that these effects could help to correct hormonal imbalances common in PMS, thereby helping to ease it’s symptoms. Statistics indicate that most females suffer from premenstrual tension and that in most cases this is associated with an excess of oestrogen. The hyperoestrogenaemia may derive from over production or inadequate breakdown, or both. Many other gynaecological conditions result from excessive oestrogen levels: these include endometriosis, fibroids. dysmenorrhoea, menstrual flooding, and cystic breast disease.

Agnus Castus Formula may lower elevated oestrogen levels whatever the cause we hope cam help the above conditions. As we have already described, Agnus Castus may also raise progesterone levels, which are depressed in oestrogen overload conditions. Our remedy, Agnus Castus Formula contains Agnus Castus and a number of other herbs which may help reduce or even eradicate the symptoms of PMT. Reports from customers who have tried Agnus Castus Formula are most encouraging. PMT and Candida

We beleive that that candida overgrowth is almost always present in ladies with premenstrual tension and must be treated if lasting results are to be obtained for the following reasons:-

i) Candida toxins are believed to disrupt the metabolism of vitamin B6 and essential fatty acids, and deficiencies of these nutrients have been associated strongly with PMT and period pain.

ii) Candidiasis ha also been associated with low levels of magnesium, which can also be relevant to premenstrual tension.

iii) It is believed that Candida can actually secrete oestrogens, which could contribute to an oestrogen -overload situation which then causes PMT and PMS.

iv) Since we beleive Candida can take up residence in the liver, it is also possible that its presence here impairs liver function, adversely affecting the liver's ability to degrade oestrogen.

PMT and vegetarianism

Vegetarians have a lower incidence of eostrogen and consequently, PMT than omnivores. Reducing intake of animal based protein or better still becoming vegetarian or vegan helps reduce PMT. A high fibre diet (which is best derived from a vegetarian diet) is also known to help.

Free radical damage is considered to be responsible for the aging process and the underlying weakness linking all serious illness. This ubiquitous deficiency explains why I believe everyone, without exception, should take an antioxidant product critical for the immune system, preventing free radical damage, and slowing the aging process, indefinitely. I have been taking this product and Oxygen Elements Plus (which also has antioxidant properties, due to the prescence of hydrogen ions, even though it oxygenates the body) continuously for some years for general health and virtually never get colds any more, even though I am not as disciplined as I should be in my diet and lifestyle. Of all the products we sell, this is by far the hardest to summarise a few sentences. The reason is because there are entire books written on the benefits of most of the individual ingredients by themselves and they are all far more than just antioxidants. Nonetheless here are some key points:

Selenium forms part of the enzyme glutathione peroxidase, is an antioxidant that protects the body by defending the damaging effects of free radicals and reduces the harmful oxidation of fats in the blood, and in doing so may help to maintain a healthy heart and circulation. It is also part of the enzyme iodothyronine deiodinase, which converts the thyroid hormone T4to its active form T3. A sluggish thyroid will ensure that all body systems function at a low ebb (see page on Kelp Formula for more information about this). Professor Harry Foster claims in his book "What Really Causes AIDS?" that glutathione peroxidase is the primary cause of the progression of HIV to full blown AIDS, and that this can be prevented and even reversed with selenium supplementation. Please note that this is Professor's Foster's representation, and we are not able to verify it or claim that selenium supplmentation helps treat HIV or AIDS.

Zinc supplementation can lead to increased energy, less colds and infections, better memory, less PMT, prevention of hair loss, improved nail growth, increased libido, acne and other skin problems fading, and prostate problems receding. This is a mere handful of its many advantages.

Vitamin C deficiency has been associated with symptoms as diverse as premature signs of aging, anxiety, stress, high blood fats, fatigue, heart failure, high blood pressure, thrombosis, arthritis, susceptibility to colds and infections, PMT and depression. Researchers have also been exploring the nutrient's potential for treating chronic fatigue syndrome, Alzheimer's disease, fibromyalgia, male infertility, and psoriasis.

Manganese is helpful in the treatment and prevention of oeteoporosis, arthritis and PMS. Its also an antioxidant nutrient that is important in the breakdown of amino acids and the production of energy. It is necessary for the metabolism of Vitamin B-1 and Vitamin E.

Copper is involved with energy levels by promoting iron absorption, helps to protect against heart disease & strokes, is good for healthy bones, good for the immune system.

Futhermore the Manganese balances the Selenium and the Copper balances the Zinc. This product is designed for long term use and disease prevention and it is not a good idea to give selenium and zinc long term without balancing them with these two extra minerals, as people are liable to become deficient in these extra minerals if they are given unopposed. This type of advantage is what makes the difference between this product and some of the cheaper brands found in health food shops.

For most Candida victims, Bayberry Formula is an extremely useful and well tolerated part of an anti candida treatment. However, it has emerged that for a small minority, its mild anticandidal activity Is sufficient to provoke a die-off reaction. Cocozone (Ozonated Coconut Oil) is designed for external use (thrush relief, skin problems etc). It takes our supplier 2 days to make one litre of this fantastic product and the relatively high cost reflects the fact that coconut oil itself is quite dear and the fact that it is very labour intensive to produce to the quality we require (we briefly tried a cheaper brand, which seemed to be useless. We then found out it had only been ozonated for 4 hours, and we promptly discontinued it).

Our current supplier uses organic virgin coconut oil from Sri Lanka to make this product. We believe it is the best source in the world. It keeps indefintely if kept in a cool location, or stored in the fridge.

Ozonated Olive Oil, which we sell as Medcare , is not as pleasant smelling as but it the brand we supply has the advantage that it does not require refrigeration and stores ozone more efficiently. Ozonated Olive Oil also has very long history of use throughout the world, and has a longer track record than ozonated Coconut oil.

Nonetheless, a few people prefer Cocozone, possibly because coconut oil has therapetic effects in its own right whether it has been ozonated or not, or possibly just because ozonated coconut oil agrees with some people better than ozonated olive oil. We would love you to try both products and then tell us which one you find more effective. The truth is we get great results reported to us with both products. Several studies have confirmed that the lauric acid or monolaurin content of coconut oil kills or inactivates Candida albicans, ringworm (a skin fungus) and numerous bacteria and protozoa. Many health practitioners contend that all disease begins in the colon and conversely that optimal well-being begins with a healthy colon. Unfortunately this is not Fivelac on the cheap - because the capsules only contain half as much as the sachets. In other words 2 capsules = 1 sachet. Homozon is the first and original magnesium based oxygen product manufactured since 1898. We are the only company in Europe selling the real and original product.

This page ought to a page telling you all about Homozon. But instead we are forced to begin this page by dispelling the inaccuracies and in some cases plain rubbish that we have found stated about this product on other web sites selling products with names like 'oxy this' and 'oxy that'. Interestingly, we have noticed that after pointing out these errors, these companies sometimes change their web sites accordingly, whilst some of them, having been informed of the facts, continue to mislead people.

First of all we have come across many a web site claiming that they were selling a product with a different name entirely but claiming it was 'Dr Blass's original "Homozone"' (spelt incorrectly). So lets start at the begining. There is, and only ever has been only one Homozon and that is the product called Homozon. Any product which is supposed to work in a similar way that is not called Homozon may well be wonderful. For example we get great results with Colosan and Oxy-Powder. But if it is not called Homozon, it definitely is not 'Original Homozon' no matter how slick the marketing may be. Apart from anything, Homozon was NOT invented by Dr Eugene Blass, although he did contribute to its development. Therefore the description of anything being "Dr Blass's original Homozon" is absurd since he was not involved with the product in its original form!

Then there is the spelling issue. Homozon was originally sold in 1898 as, 'haemozon' (haem referrring to the blood). It was later changed to Homozon. It has never, ever been 'Homozone'. It would be nice if companies claiming to be selling "updated Homozone" etc could be bothered to do sufficient research to at least spell it correctly, before going on to make erroneous or unsubstantiated claims.

We have also found web sites claiming to be selling products described as "updated Homozone" (spelt wrong, again). The fact that they don't even know how to spell it, doesn't exactly engender confidence in the claim. The companies making these products, some of which are good, and some of which are lousy, are producing products which are attempting to IMITATE Homozon. There is nothing wrong with that in itself, but we do have a problem with people being misled. So let's be clear: They are not, and cannot be, 'updated' or 'improved' Homozon for the very simple reason that Homozon is produced by a proprieatary (i.e. secret, like Coca Cola) process. So how can they 'update' something that they dont know how to produce in the first place? Well obviously, they can't.

We have also seen it described as Nicola Tezla's Homozone (Tesla and the word Homozon both spelt incorrectly.), although Tesla had nothing to do with this product at any point. Tesla's contribution to the field of Oxygen therapy was the invention of the cold plasma ozone generator but this has nothing to do with Homozon directly.

One web site states "In 1939 German physician, Dr. Eugene Blass sought a way to get more oxygen into the body. He created Homozone" (spelt incorrectly of course)

This is NOT CORRECT! The product was developed in 1898 (not 1939) by 2 different German doctors. And it was called haemozon.

Isn't it reassuring to know that if you've bought one of these copycat products that the suppliers either do not know what they are talking about, or worse still are intentionally misleading you?

Let's talk about Vitamin C. Vitamin C is an absolutely invaluable nutrient. But anyone who has read the book "Ozone in the Use of Medicine" - the standard textbook on Oxygen and Ozone therapy, will know that Vitamin C degrades singlet oxygen and should therefore be avoided in supplemental quantities if possible for a couple of hours before and after taking any magnesium based oxygen product. (The very small amount of Vitamin C naturally contained in a couple of teaspoons of lemon juice taken after ingesting the product is acceptable). Yet many of the Oxygen based colon cleansers on the market contain signifcant quantities of Vitamin C. Some of them even make it an advertising feature, when it#s actually a drawback! We feel it is dishonest to market anything as "updated homozone", and worse still as "original homozone" but even worse when they contain added Vitamin C even when the Homozon trademark - the scientist and doctor, George Freibott has stated for over 30 years that Vitamin C should not be used under any circumstances in homozon, and by conjecture, we can therefore include all the products being marketed as homozon which are not in fact homozon.

The Thyroid and Diabetes

Dr Broda Barnes demonstrated in the early 70's that supporting the thyroid improved diabetes symptoms (but not the blood sugar imbalance), namely improved wound healing, weight loss, energy levels improve, and most importantly of all atherosclerosis.

Rabbits, on a vegetarian (i.e. cholesterol free) diet have been shown to develop atherosclerosis if their thyroids are removed. If given thyroid hormone the atherosclerosis was prevented. Led by the 'heretic' doctor Barry Durant Peatfield (who has greatly irritated some of his colleagues in the medical profession), a number of doctors maintain that the same is true of humans and that the primary cause of atherosclerosis is thyroid deficiency, made far worse by the revolting habit of cigarette smoking.

According to Dr Peatfield, the Barnes Thyroid Temperature Test (originally developed by another heretic doctor - Broda Barnes) sometimes will pick up a sluggish thyroid that was not spotted by a blood test.

Underarm temperature should be recorded for ten minutes before arising in the morning. This means as soon as you wake up. Not after making a cup of tea, or having a shower! This procedure should be followed for at least three mornings in a row (seven would be better) and the average temperature calculated. The correct temperature should be within the range 97.8 - 98.2 degrees Fahrenheit (36.6 - 36.8 degrees Celsius). An average temperature of below 97.8 degrees Fahrenheit (36.6 degrees Celsius) may suggest hypothyroidism. A mean temperature of below below 96.4F (35.8C) usually may suggest a more severe hypothyroidism.

Note for women: Premenopausal women should not perform this test during their periods when their temperature is higher than normal.

Although it is not proof, failing the temperature test + having about 5 or more of the typical low thyroid symptoms may indicate hypothyroid.

The underarm temperature test can be used to monitor progress and the goal of treatment is to normalize this temperature. Bear in mind that this condition does not come on overnight and is not resolved overnight. Be willing to give this product 8-12 weeks minimum. Please note if you are taking conventional thyroid medication (thyroxine) you should not stop or reduce it, unless you have discussed it with your doctor and he has has advised you to do so.

In many cases our herbal product, Kelp Formula provides stand-alone support. We have received reports of weight losses of one stone in 6-12 weeks on this product, as well as a tremendous sense of well-being. For others it may be necessary to treat any related candida problem and / or support the adrenal glands since hypothyroidism is sometimes secondary to hypoadrenia. with Licorice Formula or Licorice Formula A . This is because adrenal exhaustion can make worse or even cause the thyroid to under perform. For further help, the amino acid Tyrosine found in Thyroid Support Formula may also be useful for both the thyroid and the adrenal glands (tyrosine may also help some cases of depression).

Quite often laboratory tests will demonstrate that the thyroid is within the "normal" range yet the person will show all the signs of hypothyroidism. Please note the following in relation to this paradox:-

1) The first point to make here is, as Dr Barry Durrant-Peatfield states in his book "The Great Thyroid Scandal", the tests might be wrong. Dr Peatfield has been villified by his colleagues as heretic for stating in his book that the tests can be so inaccurate that they "should be placed where the sun doesn't shine" (at least he doesn't mince his words). For the most part the conventional test of choice is the test for Thyroid Stimulating Hormone, not the thyroid itself. If it is normal it is inferred that the thyroid function is OK. But, as Dr Peatfield explains, this does not always appear to be reliable. Some hapless victims have had the same test repeated 4 to 5 times before a low thyroid has been indicated, sometimes over several years.

2) The normal figure may be at the lower end of the normal range. So the patient is told they are 'normal' when it might have been borderline.

3) Thyroxine itself is metabolically inert, and must be converted to tri-iodothyranine (T3) before it does anything. This conversion requires zinc, copper, and iron, and a deficiency of these nutrients can produce hypothyroid symptoms. (Please note Thyroid Support Formula contains these nutrients). Further, this conversion is blocked by mercury toxicity, so this must be dealt with if relevant.

4) Candida binds thyroxine, thereby inactivating it. Indeed it has long been appreciated that some 90% of Candida victims have low thyroid function, and this may well be an important mechanism. It is therefore important to treat candidiasis if that is part of the problem..

Kelp Formula suggested dosage:-

3 capsules twice a day for the first month (its better with food, but this is not vital).
Then take 2 capsules twice a day for at least another 3 months.
Continue for as long as is needed.

Lapacho Formula containse herbs traditionally associated with control and combatting of viruses, and should be a welcome addition to the limited antiviral armoury of natural therapeutics. Stress seems to play a part in the causation of almost every health problem known. One thing that vibrantly well people always have in common is healthy adrenal glands. Suffice it to say the adrenal glands are important! They produce anti inflammatory steroids (corticosteroids) and the stress hormones, cortisol and adrenaline.

Stress, a diet high in refined carbohydrates, excessive caffeine intake, and nutrient deficiencies conspire to ensure that hypoadrenia (depleted or exhausted adrenals) is endemic.

Apart from high stress levels and sugar / carbohydrate cravings, other signs of hypoadrenia include early-morning headache, fatigue, allergies, arthritis, low blood-pressure, thyroid deficiency, hypoglycaemia (low blood sugar), and candida.

Testing the adrenal glands

A useful way of confirming the existence of hypoadrenia is to shine a torch into the eye: a pupil that dilates (either immediately or after 20-30 seconds) or fluctuates between constriction and dilatation is confirmatory. A blood pressure that falls on standing is also suggestive of hypoadrenia (Ragland blood-pressure test). That being said, we beleive that virtually that everyones adrenals are sluggish and its more a question of extent than the existance of the problem that we should concern ourselves with. Therefore, supporting the adrenal glands is good for almost everyone.

Adrenal Function and female issues

The adrenals are responsible for producing 15% of a female's oestrogen, so in the menopausal situation it is essential to support the adrenals, particularly if the menopausal symptoms were of sudden onset and were preceded by low back pain.

Females who blossom during the latter months of pregnancy (often after first having suffered much with nausea) and then collapse with post-partum blues are almost certainly hypoadrenic and benefited temporarily from the baby's adrenal output. In such cases the baby is likely to be born with exhausted adrenals and consequently suffer with allergies etc. It is therefore important that hypoadrenia be actively sought and treated in females wishing to conceive.

The adrenal glands and thyroid deficiency

The function of the adrenal glands and the thyroid gland are intimately interlinked. If one is deficient, the other is often deficient as well. For this reason, it can be useful to take Licorice Formula and Kelp Formula at the same time.

Licorice Formula

Licorice Formula has a powerful tonic and rebuilding effect on the adrenal glands. Although it is a stand-alone treatment, it’s useful to additionally supplement with vitamins C, B5, and B15 (these can be purchased in any health food shop). Hypoadrenia can also be caused by a sluggish thyroid, so it may also be necessary to take Kelp formula to help the thyroid. Equally a sluggish thyroid can cause sluggish adrenals – it works in both directions, and is frequently something of a vicious circle, further aggravated where candida overgrowth is also present (which is most of the time) which stresses both organs. A small number of people have objections to two of the herbs in Licorice Formula, and Licorice Formula A has removed these ingredients, and replaced them with Fo-Ti Extract and Sarsparilla, which are both traditionally used to support the adrenals glands. The two removed herbs are: -

Before reading the information below, please note that healing a genuinely leaky gut takes several months, though the process can be speeded up by taking Threelac, Golden Seal Formula E or F and Colostrum FM. What Ozonated Olive does

Although the most popular use of Ozonated Olive Oil amongst our customers is for helping with thrush and skin fungus, it can be used for any kind of skin condition in order to reoxygenate tissue topically, and is great for facial application.

What is Ozonated Olive Oil?

Ozonated Olive Oil is produced when ozone is bubbled through olive oil continuously for an extended period of time. During this time the olive oil changes to an off-white paste. This procedure usually takes 3-6 months of 24 hr. a day bubbling.

Medcare Vs. Cocozone

Medcare is not as pleasant smelling as Cocozone (Ozonated Coconut Oil), but it has the advantage that it does not require refrigeration and stores ozone more efficiently. Ozonated Olive Oil also has very long history of use throughout the world. Nonetheless, a few people prefer Cocozone, possibly because coconut oil has therapetic effects in its own right whether it has been ozonated or not, or possibly just because ozonated coconut oil agrees with some people better than ozonated olive oil. What is the shelf life of Ozonated Olive Oil?

There is no expiry date for Ozonated Olive Oil. Dermozone Medcare does NOT require refrigeration, and this alone makes it far more practical to use than all other similar products we have come across.

About Ozone

Ozone is an unstable, but highly beneficial molecule. It's the tri-atomic form of oxygen: Instead of the normal arrangement of 2 atoms of oxygen (O2), ozone is comprised of 3 atoms of oxygen (O3). Ozone, however, doesn't want to stay in that tri-atomic state very long and unless held in check or bound by other molecular couplings (like ozonated olive oil), ozone will break down from O3 to O2 + O1 within 20 minutes or so. Usage

Used externally for oxygenation of tissue. Apply 2 to 3 times daily as needed by rubbing into the affected areas.

Start by using a very small amount to begin with around the labia majora only. You should apply the oil in a little deeper in increments over a few days or in a few very severe cases a few weeks. If you do this, it will not cause stinging which a few ladies have complained of. You can also insert one capsule of bio-kult into the area once or twice a day for further relief. Milk Thistle Formula (formerly Silymarin Formula - Silymarin being the Latin name for Milk Thistle) contains herbs traditionally used to help with symptoms associated with a sluggish, stressed or poorly functioning liver. May help with low bile production, elevated cholesterol synthesis, blood sugar dysregulation, hepatitis, fatty liver, cirrhosis etc.

About half of the ingredients are also contained in Bayberry Formula and Burdock Formula, so obviously there is a significant degree of cross-over between these products.

Suggested dosage: 2-3 capsules twice a day with food, and as with all herbal remedies, for at least 3 months. Trying it out for a week or two is fine, so long as you don't mind wasting your money, as is the case with all herbal medicine.

MSM: An Essential Dietary Sulphur!

Robert Herschler, working for Crown Zellerbach in Portland, Oregon first isolated MSM. Both he and Dr. Stanley Jacob of the University of Oregon Medical School have done extensive research and testing on this exciting substance.

MSM, or methylsulfonylmethane, is a natural, organic sulphur compound, found in all living things. This form of organic sulphur is the forth most prevalent mineral in the human body. In his research, Dr. Jacob determined that the sulphur in MSM, called sulfonyl, is as safe and as important as vitamin C in our diet, unlike the bad sulphurs: sulfa, sulfate, sulfite and sulfide.

Sulphur a Major Key To Health:

MSM comes from the ocean and is a prime source of bio-available sulphur, which is lost from our food because of storage, processing, drying, cooking and preserving. MSM is an important food (not a drug or medicine) and plays many roles in the body, including the stimulation of the growth of healthy skin, hair and nails. The building blocks of the body, amino acids, are all sulphur binders and play a major role in the production of hormones and enzymes that regulate the body's activities.
The body uses MSM and vitamin C together to build healthy new cells. MSM provides the flexible bond between the cells. Without MSM, the new cell is not permeable, and osmosis is hampered. i) Scar Tissue:

Burn victim, Bill Rich, discovered MSM for himself when a veterinarian friend had him try MSM. Bill's explains that his skin was flat, purple and leathery, up and down a majority of the right side of his body. After only a few days of taking MSM, Bill noticed an increase of stamina and energy, and over time an astonishing effect on his scarred skin as it started to turn pink and fill in. ii) Wrinkles:

When the body replaces old skin cells, if there is a deficiency of sulphur, the new cells can be stiff and contribute to wrinkling. MSM supplementation can help the body replace bad cells with good, healthy, elastic cells. Over time, wrinkles can go away, and brown and black spots and skin tumors can flow away as new cells replace the bad.

iii) Damaged Skin:

It is the MSM in Aloe Vera leaves that sooths and repairs skin that has been cut, scraped, burned or damaged. The body then is able to repair the skin with the proper raw materials.

iv) MSM lotion

This will also help with all the above problems (scar tissue, wrinkles and damaged skin) and most other skin problems e.eg. eczema, psoriasis etc though as we beleive health should be sought from the inside out, we reccomend using the tablets and the lotion).

Lung Dysfunction:

Bill Rich claimes that smoking does not cause emphysema. Horses and dogs get emphysema, and they don't smoke! It is a deficiency of sulphur that causes this condition, and supplementation of MSM can reverse it. Whilst we think this is probably an exaggeration,, we do find MSM to be helpful for respiratory problems.
