I should also have emphasised in my previous review, the importance of detoxifying and drinking lots of water! Medcare has helped a lot with my friend's 2 year old daughters exzcema. In my case its helped a lot with local releif of thrush, its also reduced some scars on my face. Since taking fivelac I have been a lot lees bloated, and more 'regular'. I feel my digestive system is working a lot more efficiently generally. All without needing to change my diet.
I am also taking oxylift. I dont know whether or not thats also contributing to the effects of fivelac, but the oxylift does seem to have given me more energy.

MSM has been so good for my skin. Its become soft and supple and better toned. I am 45 years old and and look 35 even though I am a smoker. My hair and nails also improved. It has also cured my acid reflux. I seem to be best on 3 capsules per day, which I have been taking for the last few months.

I have been taking this product for nearly two months and I have found that it really does stop colds materializing.
