5HTP is a natural amino acid found in the body. Serotone also contains specific co-factor B vitamins and zinc. Not advisable if pregnant or taking fenfluramine. Care should also be taken if being prescribed SSRIs. Does not contain Valerian.

One 100mg capsule typically provides: 100mg 5HTP, 10mg Vitamin B6, 5mg Zinc, 50µg Biotin, 100µg Folic acid, 30mg Niacin.
 

Suggested intake:  Take 1 capsule at the end of the day with a carbohydrate snack.

Update: On 3rd April 2011, the company director attended a lecture with renowned nutritionist Patrick Holford, who said that he often gave 300mg to be his patients. He said he used 100mg initially, and increased it up to 300mg where needed. We recommend customers to consider trying this for themselves.
