Milk Thistle Formula (formerly Silymarin Formula - Silymain being the Latin name for Milk Thistle) contains herbs traditionally used to help with symptoms associated with a sluggishm, stressed or poorly functioning liver. May help with low bile production, elevated cholesterol synthesis, blood sugar dysregulation, hepatitis, fatty liver, cirrhosis etc.

About half of the ingredients are also contained in Bayberry Formula and Burdock Formula, so obviously there is a significant degree of cross-over between these products.

Suggested dosage: 2-3 capsules twice a day with food, and as with all herbal remedies, for at least 3 months. Trying it out for a week or two is fine, so long as you don't mind wasting your money, as is the case with all herbal medicine.
