Super Cleanse contains a blend of herbs to support healthy digestion. The main active ingredient in the capsules is Psyllium husk, the shell of the Plantago seed, which is native to India, Pakistan and Iran. Psyllium husk is popularly used to aid digestion and can facilitate the smooth transit of waste through the digestive tract.
Psyllium husk is regarded as a 'gentle' fibre - and is beneficial to those with digestive problems because it is part water soluble and is unlikely to cause irritation - unlike many 'coarse' fibres such as Wheatbran. Super Cleanse capsules also contain other digestive herbs, plus important electrolyte minerals and the 'good' bacteria - Lactobacillus acidophilus to aid in good digestion.
2-4 capsules per day before food, or as recommended by your practitioner.
Drink a minimum of 2 litres of water per day while using Super Cleanse capsules.
