Recommended Intake :

Eight drops from birth - 3 months of age, Sixteen drops (eight drops twice a day) from 3-6 months, and thirty drops (fifteen drops twice a day) from 6 months (and adults), taken daily in water, juice or milk with food, or taken directly under the tongue, or as professionally directed.
