Your Security

Our customers security is very important. The Finchley Clinic Ltd does not store or have access to your card details at any point, even where we need to issue a refund.

We use Sagepay to securely handle all our transactions. Sagepay have now merged with their main UK competitor, Worldpay. Before they merged, Sagepay and Worldpay were the two largest independent Payment Service Providers in the UK, providing secure online credit card and debit card payment solutions for thousands of online and mail order businesses across the UK. Now merged, they are by far the largest single provider. The chances are that if you have used the Internet before to purchase goods in the UK, you have used Sagepay or Worldpay, regardless of whether this was obvious during the checkout process.

We also offer payments via PayPal with whom most people are already familiar. However, even where the customer selects Paypal the transactions still go through Sagepay security as well (yes, it's a bit weird, but that's how it works). That's why we said "We use Sagepay to securely handle all our transactions." Cutting a long story short, both Sagepay and PayPal, have massive reputations to live up to, and we feel safe using them for processing your orders.
