The chances are that if you have used the Internet before to purchase goods from any company in the UK, your payment was handled by Sagepay, whether you were aware of this or not. Please note The Finchley Clinic Ltd do not process your order (it is done by Sagepay), and we do not have direct access to your card details, even where we need to issue a refund.

When you get to the payment stage of your order you will then be transferred to Protx and you may notice the "http" in your browser’s URL location has changed to "https". (The ‘s’ stands for “secure”).

In Netscape browsers, you will see the lock located in the lower left corner will now appear closed with a slight glow.

Microsoft Internet Explorer browsers will also display a closed lock, but in the lower right corner of the browser.

Other browsers may have other visual clues to reassure you that your information is being transferred securely.
