What is Silica Plus
In the human body, silica is essential for bone formation and connective tissue. Healthy hair, skin, nails and flexible arteries would be impossible without silica. Shake well. Add Silica Plus to eight ounces of purified water or juice and take orally during or after meals. We recommend you test your level of toxicity by using 6-10 drops of Silica Plus once a day for 5 days. Then gradually increase the dosage over about two weeks until you are using a maintenance amount of 15 drops three times daily.
