Who should take aerobic oxygen?
In our experience anyone can take aerobic oxygen, although you should always get your health care provider's opinion if there is a doubt in your mind. As far as we know this product is compatible with any other nutrient or medicine (though some practitioners have the opinion that it should be taken a couple of hours away from Vitamin C supplements for best results).
Aerobic Oxygen vs. Oxygen Elements Max: Which one is 'the best'?
Our view, no matter what you have been told by your friend or practitioner, is that different people get on better with different products and the best one is simply the one that happens to work best for you. That's why we supply a range of Oxygen Products
Do not take neat. Always dilute Aerobic Oxygen in a glass of water or juice. Do not use in hot drinks (it won't work), but room temperature, warm or chilled is fine. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Keep out of the reach of children.
Vitamin C is a wonderful nutrient which we believe is beneficial for pretty much 100% of people, but should not be consumed within two hours of taking an oxygen product. No harm will occur if you do, but some practitioners contend that they may cancel each other out.
