I bought this product as I am a vegetarian and I thought to play it safe by taking vitamin B12 from two sound sources (the Finchley Clinic and Global Healing Center) it didn’t disappoint. The product is good and easy to take. I take ml and hold it in my mouth for 15 seconds and then swallow. Easy to take and pleasant taste. My energy levels have improved since. I recommend it.
