I've been trying to find the right B Complex for my needs, such as fatigue and wanting to lift my spirits and I think that this product by Biocare meets my needs. I have been taking it for a month now, and I am a lot less stressed and tired at the end of the day and they've somehow reduced the depressed feelings I experience now and again. They are easy to swallow and taking one a day is very convenient. I do have so much more energy now and the memory appears sharper. They are good value and I appreciate the Finchley Clinic selling other company's products.

This is quite a potent B complex. I am quite sensitive to excess B vitamins although I found the product to be of a good quality, unfortunately I had to discontinue use after a few week. I am sure most people would be fine with this product though.

I have tried various Vitamin B Complex, not only is this the best, it is also very good value for money. It has the added advantage of being capsule form, making it very easy to swallow, as well as having magnesium and a good spread of all B Vitamins
