An excellent product - superior to any other acidophilus I have used, and of very reliable quantity.

Excellent for digestive weakness or candida overgrowth correction and prevention.

This product actually works, straight away, and every time, in dealing with candida over-growth. I have now used it, whenever necessary, for more than 12 years.

One or two tablets per day for 2-3 days creates an immediate re-balance. For ongoing maintenance, you can use one tablet per day or every 2 to 3 days depending on diet at the time.

Prior to discovering this brand,I had found all other acidophilus brands on the market either useless or semi-effective, and often requiring 4 to 8 tablets per day to have any impact; which is both expensive and impractical.

I would certainly recommend this product to anyone who has ongoing candida or digestive issues.

Remember not to take with hot food or drink.
