Great price, great product. Boron is so important for bone health and of course hair and teeth too. I have Addison's and I have to take hydrocortisone three times a day, this can have a bone thinning effect so I do try and do everything I can to combat that also. I'm 45, I don't want osteoporosis and it's much better to prevent than treat anything in my opinion. I've just bought my second month's worth of this boron and bought one for my dear friend as I believe we should both be looking after our bones and each other, also it's very important for the male and female hormones, it's a no brainer for me. We don't get enough in food and I'd just rather be on the safe side. I'd definitely recommend this product to anyone of any age.
