Bromelain is an enzyme contained in the stem of the pineapple fruit and plant. Bromelain is a mixture of several proteases (including carboxypeptidase) and small amounts of several non-proteolytic enzymes (acid phosphatase, peroxidase, and cellulase).

Suggested  Intake

For protein digestion 1 capsule per day with food.

If using as a systemic enzyme productt 1 capsules per day AWAY from food.
