I’ve always taken cinnamon in tea specially around my mother-in-law‘s house and she always used to preach to me the benefits of it when I see that you guys and girls stop this product I thought I can’t do myself any harm buying it why not I don’t go around my mother-in-law‘s too much so I purchased it and you know what it’s very very good I can honestly state this is a great product.

I find this product quite effective, mainly to maintain blood sugar levels in a good range. I have been using it for a while, 1 capsule after lunch and dinner, and I feel less drowsy, especially if I eat carbs. And the price is just great!
