Colosan Dosage Suggestions

How to take Colosan, Colosan Capsules, Oxy-Powder and Mag 07

Back to main page on Colon Cleansing Oxygen Products

How much should I take?

Too often our customers take the dosages on the labels literally, rather than as guidelines. With all of these products, please adjust the dosages depending on your reaction. The dosages are not an exact science, so do use your intuition, or if you don't have any intuition, some common sense!

How to take Colosan Capsules

For regularity take 1-2 capsules daily with a glass of water. Colosan should be consumed on an empty stomach first thing in the morning or last thing at night. Leave at least 30 minutes before eating. Increase dosage by one capsule per day if initial dosage doesn't work up to 8 capsules per day. If you reach 8 capsules and it's still not promoting regularity (this is very rare), it means it's not working, and we reccomend trying Oxy-Powder or Mag 07 instead.

For one week colon cleansing, we suggest trying 4-6 capsules once or twice a day for a week. Adjust dosage as needed.

If you have low stomach acid, please add a the juice of 1/4 of a lemon to the water.

How to take Colosan Powder

The recommended label dosage is a heaped teaspoon 1-2 times per day. This is equivalent to about 4-6 capsules. If you only want to promote regularity, half to one rounded teaspoon once per day is usually enough. For some people even a quarter of a teaspoon is sufficient.

When taking Colosan Powder, please read the instructions on the label regarding taking lemon juice (limes are equally acceptable). This can be taken neat or diluted. If citrus disagrees with you, one can also use a teaspoon of diluted apple cider vinegar.

(You do not need the lemon juice with Colosan Capsules as they already contain citric acid, but the juice of a 1/4 of a lemon does strengthen the effect if you have a low level of stomach acid.)

How to take Oxy-Powder

For regularity take 1-2 capsules daily with a glass of water. Oxy-Powder should be consumed on an empty stomach first thing in the morning or last thing at night. Leave at least 30 minutes before eating. Increase dosage by one capsule per day if initial dosage doesn't work up to 8 capsules per day. If you reach 8 capsules and it's still not promoting regularity (this is very rare), it means it's not working, and we reccomend trying Colosan or Mag 07 instead.

For one week colon cleansing, we suggest trying 4-6 capsules once or twice a day for a week. Adjust dosage as needed.

If you have low stomach acid, please add a the juice of 1/4 of a lemon to the water.

How to take Mag 07 capsules

The label suggests to take 3-4 capsules one to three times per day on an empty stomach until desired effect has been attained. Our view is slightly different, and we suggest that Mag 07 is taken the same was as Oxy-Powder or Volosan, at least initially. In other words for regularity take 1-2 capsules daily with a glass of water. Take on an empty stomach first thing in the morning or last thing at night. Leave at least 30 minutes before eating. Increase dosage by one capsule per day if initial dosage doesn't work up to 8 capsules per day. If you reach 8 capsules and it's still not promoting regularity (this is very rare), it means it's not working, and we reccomend trying Colosan or Oxy-Powder instead.

For one week colon cleansing, we suggest trying 4-6 capsules once or twice a day for a week. Adjust dosage as needed.

If you have low stomach acid, please add a the juice of 1/4 of a lemon to the water.

How to take Mag 07 powder

The label states to mix 1/2 to 3 level teaspoons with 8oz water on an empty stomach. Decrease dosage for maintenance. Daily dosage will vary depending on individual and intended purpose.

We think these instructions are about right although we suggest starting on the lower dosage suggested and increasing it until desired effect is attained.

Which product is the best?

Asking us this question, which we get asked every day, is equivalent to asking us which is the prettiest flower. Regardless of what your friend or practitioner has told you, the one which is best, is simply the one that works best for you. Although they are very similar, we quite often receive reports that one product worked better for that individual than another one that they tried. Sometimes the difference in response is subtle, and sometimes its dramatically different. So if you don’t like your reaction to any of these products we strongly urge you to try one of the others and see if it works better for you.

General Health

As far as we are concerned, these products are much more than just laxatives. Their primary function is to oxygenate the body, and doing this will improve every aspect of your overall health. The bowel opening could almost be described a side effect of their main benefit. You do not need to follow the suggestion to take the products every 2-3 days. For optimal health, you can use these products every day on an ongoing basis if you want to.

Posted on Thursday February 02, 2017

The popularity of probiotics seems to grow by the day. And for good reason. In being the ‘good bacteria’ required by the body to balance the ‘bad bacteria’ in the gut, they can do each and every one of us a great deal of good. But, for all that, many people only look on probiotics […]

Posted on Monday January 09, 2017

It’s something that automatically causes dread in people this time of year – a tickle in or at the back of the throat. The reason? Because, in so many cases, it tends to indicate an oncoming sore throat. Granted, on its own a sore throat’s usually a minor complaint, but too often it’s also a […]

Alcoholic consumption spikes at this time of year and, although there’s nothing wrong with having a good time and unwinding […]
