Colosan 120 Capsules (Discontinued - Replaced with Oxysan)

Submitted by Lloyd D 11 July 2019

This review is for the two products Oxy-Powder & Colosan. My digestion is very sluggish (I’m a 63 year old male) and I’d been using a product to keep me regular which worked well (going once a day), but it specifies that it’s not for long-term use, this I ignored because if I stop it leads to constipation within two days. This product had ten or more ingredients, the primary ones being Aloe Vera leaf & juice. Because I knew that I may be harming my digestion if I continued using my old supplement I became interested in the three oxygen-based colon cleansers/regulators which the clinic promoted in an email that I’d received and decided to try Oxy-Powder. I wanted to do the colon cleanse first, so I therefore took it for a few days, with a quite high dose, 4 capsules of Oxy-Powder first day then 8 caps second day, but after a bowel movement on first morning (due, I’m sure, to my old supplement) nothing passed for two days. I persisted for a further three days, taking 4 caps twice a day, I was drinking 500mm of water with added apple cider vinegar with them, but basically nothing happened and the continued constipation plus, strong stomach ache, stopped me from continuing the seven-day cleanse, as it was obviously not working. After a one-day break, going back to my old supplement to get things moving again, I decided to try again, so I persisted for two more days with 4 caps in the morning – but again, I was basically left with constipation and so eventually had to abandon it. After an email exchange with Mark I decided to give Colosan a go, buying the trial size. I did not want to try a colon cleanse this time but to up the dose to find out if it suited me. I took two capsules for two days but had no bowel movement, four capsules and still nothing, five capsules and luckily it began to work. I continued over the following week to experiment with the dosage, five was a little too much. I finally settled with two capsules twice a day and this has kept me regular for the eight subsequent days which is where I am at now. So, for me the Colosan definitely works and the Oxy-Plus definitely did not. I now intend to give MagO7 a try.
