I take these capsules as I find they help settle my stomach. I take just one a day with my breakfast.

I take 2 colostrum tablets in the mornings as soon as I wake up, with a glass of water. After suffering with long covid for 18 months my health had deteriorated, I researched most vitamins and minerals to help me to get better and I came across an article about the health benefits of colostrum. At first I tried a different brand of colostrum, but I had terrible die off symptoms and felt much worse so I stopped them. Then I came across The Finchley Clinic and gave their organic colostrum a try I had absolutely no die off symptoms ( to begin with I started slowly and took one tablet every other day for a week, then increased to one every day and then upped this to two a day) it’s given me my strength back. I have been taking this organic colostrum for a year now and I’m so much better. I also feel it has helped with peri menopause symptoms.

This is magic! Nothing else has calmed and revived my gut like this (sluggish IBS). Tested for tolerance and increased to 8 a day, then after a few weeks gradually decreased to a maintenance 2 per day. I stopped taking it for a while, and after a few months found I needed to repeat the above protocol.

These have been great, have helped with energy and overall wellness. I have chronic skin issues and they have improved since I’ve been taking these, although not yet gone. Consistency is probably key with these. I take 4-6 per day

9 months ago I had to rebuild my health and began acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. I’d been through a stressful time and I needed to recover health at the age of 61. I remembered I’d had success before with this colostrum product and so added 2 pills three times a day for 6 months. It’s hard to say why I took it but it’s a wonderful product that I knew it would help from the inside. Sure enough the first part of me to feel better was my stomach. Then I found where I’d been physically stressed was easing over time. Now the dose is 1 pill twice a day and it feels like a maintenance dose. I’ve found it very helpful as part of recovery.

I've been having gut problems since covid last year and long covid has caused me significant issues. I've been taking colostrum for about a week and my stomach is more settled since starting. Early days but a good start and I've ordered some more. This is definitely part of my getting better stack!

This is fabulous. I was feeling pretty run down and started taking this product 2 capsules twice daily. After a day I whacked up the dose to 10, 4 caps am and pm and 2 at lunch. I felt better that evening and have continued to feel good. My energy and mood have improved. My appetite has improved and my bowels are regular. I will reduce the dose gradually due to cost to find the right amount for me but intend to continue this as part of my regular supplements.

I was taking colostrum for over a month 4 capsules a day and didn't notice any change. However, then I had a cold (runny nose, stuffed head, irritated eyes), and I increased the dose to 12, the cold was gone in 3 days. My partner had a cold straight after me (or perhaps I was very sharing), I gave him 12 capsules of colostrum and his cold was gone in 3 days.

I purchased this organic colostrum a few times in the past and my experience was amazing. I suffered chronic fatigue and brain fog and only after a few days of taking a higher dose, did my fatigue and concentration improve. None of the supplements I ever took in the past did that.

The last time I ordered it, it was at the time I caught Covid and I believe that it helped to have fewer symptoms.

I was also nicely surprised at the delivery speed the last time I received it.

I was ordering previously a different brand but they are not organic and the price is the same so I switched to this company.

I was very happy with this product, I took it according to the instructions for two months after antibiotics I had to take for Lyme Disease which was a long one so I wanted something that would help me to restore the balance in my guts. The condition itself makes you feel like rubbish so I bet the antibiotic therapy being effective also influenced the way I felt afterwards (I must consider myself lucky as since then, which was in 2020, I nearly forgot I had that disease!). However, I'm sure that this colostrum this the job it was intended for, i.e., to protect my guts and restore my microbiome, as since then I have only been feeling better.

We have been using this product for a year now and we've noticed a lot of improvement by only taking one caps a day, especially for my son who has Crohn's disease. The inflammation marker went down after he started taking it.

I was taking double the recommended dose, following the reas up on your website, but discontinued as I didn’t like the taste, is say that perhaps there’re fillers because I have taken organic colostrum supplements before (from Europe) a a really enjoyed them.

i absolutely love this product is very nourishing and easy to use, i take two capsules morning time (even in my coffee) and two more with the evening meal (sometimes even sprinkle the open capsules on food). Feeling so much better in my body...

I've been taking 4 capsules per day for almost 2 months (2 in the morning and 2 in the early evening). They are easy to take and do not taste of anything/have any aftertaste.

I have noticed a massive difference in my joint pain. I only have (had??) mild rheumatoid arthritis, for which I declined medical treatment and had been treating naturally with food, supplements and alternative therapies. They all helped a lot but nothing has helped like these pills. Literally, no pain - even when I've inadvertently eaten some foods which, in the past, would have triggered a flare-up.

Interestingly, I've also had absolutely no PMT before my last 2 periods. I would always get tender boobs, sometimes bloating or cramps.... and nothing! Absolutely nothing! I could always tell the night/day before I came on - my body just felt different. These past 2 cycles, I've been caught off guard because I've just felt so well! :)

Lastly, my mood and my energy have certainly improved as well.

I am intolerant to dairy and dairy is one of the foods I avoid as it has triggered inflammation in the past. These pills are absolutely fine for me. So don't let that put you off if you are also intolerant.

I have been taking this colostrum for about a year now and would not want to stop it. I take it along with Ion gut and feel that both supplements provide great support to my gut and general health. If I stop taking them for any length of time problems return so I am happy to spend the money.

I have been using this product now for about 1 year and I am very happy with it, infact I have just ordered 2 more packs. Highly recomended.

As I have just finished my colostrum yesterday, I took 4 daily as advised. While taking the capsules, I had stopped taking any supplements to see if any benefits had from them. I probably will have to wait about another few days until I can recognise any difference in my system after stopping the colostrum or to see any improvement, if there is improvements then I shall be using this company again.

But I will say so far the ordering was easy,quick and concise and a good customer service.

I have been taking Colostrum capsules 500mg since they were prescribed to me by my naturopath. They have helped me tremendously. I had a very bad gut problem and they have increased my gut immunity. I am now on a lower dose than recommended but which has been prescribed by my naturopath. I have seen a wonderful difference in my wellbeing. Thanks to Colostrum.

I took 4 caps twice a day for about 3 months last year in the hope it would help my immune system. I stopped taking them thinking they weren't doing anything and within three months I found my skin extra dry no matter how often I moisturised and hydrated. So although I can't say for sure my immune system benefited from taking these, my skin definitely did. Within a month of going back on the same dosage, my skin is generally a lot healthier, younger looking and less dry. Highly recommended as a supplement to anti-aging products
