As soon as I started taking this colostrum I noticed an immediate improvement in my oral lichen planus which I have had for 3/4 years. It is not bad but seems to have contained it and I have had no other areas in my mouth affected. I only take 2 tablets in the morning but it definitely has visible effects within a few days.
I did try another organic brand as it was slightly cheaper but I knew instantly that it was not as good.
