I'm getting through this lot now and I have made additional changes that were necessary as I felt my digestion went a little haywire. I fast for 12-16 hours a day and eat for 8 only - I fully believe this in addition to the supplements are making a big difference.

Yes, I followed all the instructions and went right through the course as advised. Now, about 4 weeks since completion I do find that it has made some difference. It is however far from gone, and at 87 and having had chronic candida for 25 - 30 years I did'nt really expect it to.

In summary I would say that the various preparations and programmes are of the very best, but just too expensive for me now.
