Absolute the very best quality product and very effective when combined with magnesium threonate.
This product is excellent!I have wanted to try Shilajit for brain fog and fatigue but a bit wary to try just any products as I have worked hard to eat correctly and also only take trusted products as I have Fibromyalgia, CFS and a brain tumour. I trust this brand and I have not been disappointed. I have days that I have amazing energy but the clarity I have to think, make decisions and even find words is a constant. This product is amazing and so worth it! It took 10-14 days before I felt the difference. I will definitely keep taking this. I take it daily with NADH, twice daily most days.
I noticed change after a few days taking it. Brain fog gone, alert & ready for the day. Energised too. I’m post menopause & all the symptoms have either vanished or dramatically improved.

Another excellent product,it’s a constant shuttle benefit but you really notice it when you stop taking it .2 tablets a day for 4 weeks as recommended perfect for a shuttle energy boost
This product combination of coq10 and pqq has been recommended by my immunologist. It is difficult to find but I was lucky to find it at the Finchley clinic. Helpful with my condition.
