This product is excellent!I have wanted to try Shilajit for brain fog and fatigue but a bit wary to try just any products as I have worked hard to eat correctly and also only take trusted products as I have Fibromyalgia, CFS and a brain tumour. I trust this brand and I have not been disappointed. I have days that I have amazing energy but the clarity I have to think, make decisions and even find words is a constant. This product is amazing and so worth it! It took 10-14 days before I felt the difference. I will definitely keep taking this. I take it daily with NADH, twice daily most days.
