I was taking this supplement a few months ago, then when I ran out, I thought I'd better find something cheaper. I found a cheaper option, started on it for a couple more months, and... the daily muscle aches came back with a vengeance.

So...I came back here and bought this one again. After just one week, I have relief from 90% of the aches...meaning I'm now able to sleep better as well. I'll stick with them now - they really work.

I have tried many curcumin products. This one is the best. It gives me energy because naturally curcumin fight all hidden infections in our body therefore we feel better. Is also antibacterial so our bodies are healthier and we feel better with more energy. Best product I have ever tried.

One capsule daily - provides a good level of pain relief and enables greater flexibility of joints which are stiff and arthritic. The effects are cumulative and noticeable within a few days. I am now able to go on walks and do yoga again. I continue to take one capsule daily as a maintenance dose.

I have tried many turmeric products and this was by far the strongest and most effective. My joint pain was from menopause to if you are not going down the hrt route a product like this will help with those joint aches. Very effective, give yourself 2/4 weeks and stay away from inflammatory foods, I.e the night shade family of foods that exasperate inflammation.
