I have been using the detox foot pads for about 2 weeks. I feel better instantly when I apply them on my feet! I have also tried them on my 3 years old for 2 weeks and I have found it improves her appetite. A lot of nasty debris gets pulled out during the night, we can see it in the morning when we wash our feet.
