Formula
Two capsules typically provide:
750mg TMG (tri-methyl glycine), 15mg Vitamin B2, 50mg Vitamin B6, 400µg Folic acid, 500µg Vitamin B12, 10mg Zinc.
Ingredients
Encapsulated with these natural ingredients:
Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, natural Lithothamnion calcarea, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide, chlorophyllin.
Daily Intake
Suggested intake:
Take 2-4 capsules a day, with a meal for 12 weeks, then maintain at 1-2 capsules a day.
Cautions
Please note
Long term intakes of this amount of vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness.
B vitamins may turn urine bright yellow - this is normal.
