These Female Balance capsules have been vital in helping me through one of the worst periods in my life. MENOPAUSE! They have reduced the amount of hot flushes, and the severity of them. They have also been very good at helping with pain that comes with a shrinking hoohaa! As with all supplements like these you need to take them everyday for at least 6 weeks to get their full benefits, but I did notice a remarkable difference in my own suffering at about the 10 day mark. I have to say though, I did prefer the version before these "improved" ones as I felt they worked much faster for me.
