I am 8 years old. I've had oral thrush and inflammation of the gums since 1961 since having my daughter. The Threelac and Oxygen Elements Max did wonders for me. I have mostly taken 3 or 4 threelacs per day and oxygen elements max once a day. It probably took me a good 6 months, but I gradually got much, until the thrush eventually went completely. Going on a sugar and yeast free diet as reccomend by my dentist helped to an extent, but threelac and oxygen elements max did a lot more for me.
