I have started the full GH Body Cleanse Programme just a few weeks ago, but I had done some of the steps before (Liver and Thyroid Detox) with the same brand products.

I'll be writing again soon to share my progress, but so far I have to say that the whole Body Cleanse is a fantastic step by step programme to get your energy back! After just a few weeks my body is changing, and I feel much lighter. Try it once a year, and you'll feel amazingly well, I promise.

This Kit is Amazing.

Due to some serious health problems about ten years ago I underwent what was then called a total cellular restructure and detox. I also had to radically change my diet.

It was a wonder to watch the body repair itself once the gunk was cleaned out and the right nutrients put in.The results were incredible, I was 26 at the time and my body literally reset itself to about age 18.

Since then I have detoxed at leased once every year to assist my organs and keep my cell structure strong.

I underwent the entire nine step cleanse last year over a period of three months whilst working a rather stressful job. I was able to take certain things that I needed with me to work and just get on with it. By the time I did my second Liver cleanse I literally sprang out of bed in the mornings with so much energy and vitality.

By the end of the entire nine steps I was absolutely glowing! I highly recommend this product.
