I took one capsule twice daily to help speed up an Achilles's tendon rupture and it did just that . I know this is often used in conjunction with chondroitin to help joints and I do think it improved my back issues whilst I took it as well. I'd recommend this product , all biocare are good and clean and do what they say they will in my experience. I took this for over a year and then continued with my collagan and when my tendon was healed I stopped the glucosamine. I'm sure it helped me heal faster and tendons are so slow to heal.
