After a significant change in diet, and while my body was adjusting, my hair went through a very slow growing phase and my nails started to chip, so I tried these supplements. Within a few days, my nails looked healthier and they've stopped breaking. After a couple of weeks, my hair started to show new growth. I've only been taking one per day, but they have worked wonderfully! Will keep taking, maybe not everyday, but definitely on a regular basis.
