Homocysteine Nutrients is designed to help maintain homocysteine within normal levels in the body, particularly as we grow older. It provides TMG (tri-methyl glycine) plus three B vitamins and Zinc, each known to assist this process.

Ingredients
Betaine anhydrous, capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, anti-caking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6), zinc citrate, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), riboflavin (vitamin B2), anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid).
Daily Intake
Adults take 2-4 capsules a day with a meal for 12 weeks, then maintain at 1-2 capsules a day. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any medication or have a medical condition, please consult your healthcare professional before using this product. B vitamins may turn urine bright yellow - this is normal. Long term intakes of this amount of vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness. Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.
