It is a useful item. Prevents spilling the precious liquid. Without the dispensing pump it is difficult not to spill.

For me, this dispenser is indispensable! The container of Ion Gut is heavier than I'd thought and you ideally need a dispenser to avoid having to decant it into smaller bottle. At first I found it rather "fierce", but soon got the hang of it. I use the cup off a flask, which sits on top of the bottle plus dispenser and I squirt the Ion Gut dose into it. Voilà ! the whole thing sits nobly on the work surface, in my kitchen reminding me to take it. Quality and convenience are remembered, long after price is forgotten ! Get one !
