I only take Colosan Capsules now when required. When i first started taking them i would take 4 tabs every evening as i suffered with terrible Constipation.
I still continue to them now when i am suffering. i will take 4 caps at night and they usual woek.
They are very gentle on the stomach and i dont suffer with any pain when going to the toilet.
I highly recommend these if you have any digestion issues, i have changed my diet to a gluten free diet and i drinkl more water daily with the tabs i found this works for me.
When i go on holiday abroad i normally suffer so i always take them with me to help keep me regular.
