This product is very good, easy to take and tastes just fine. I take it last thing, before I go to bed, I have PPMS and it has definitely helped me with muscle spasms, keeps my joints from aching and cramping, would definitely recommend.

Another excellent product I started giving my daughter and myself as I felt that my daughter due to her learning difficulties could benefit from this product. My daughter suffers with IBS so when giving any product one needs to start very slowly, to larger dose can give upset tummies. We started her on just a 1/4 teaspoon daily along with her other product that she takes. (she on liquid Oxgen/vit D and C along with a multi vitamin.) Since lockdown we decided that as she was home so much more was a good time to deal with any issue she may have. On just a small dose of magnesium we started to see some benefits During lockdown like others she was repeating herself more due to not understanding why her world had been taken from her. She has now been taking this product for four weeks and though still on a small dose it has calm her down. Just couple of weeks ago we also added the Liposomal Omega 3 to the number which I gather goes well with Magnesium. I have to say we both sleep much better and generally feel on top of the world. I feel its important for everyone to look at the benefits of this product and others from the Finchley Clinic. Anyone who has digestive issue I strongly recommend the Liposomal range they may be costly but a little goes a long way. I don't find you get the same side effect that you do with other products. Can I also say we often need help and advise and I have always found that it worth speaking with Mark about any concerns or any advise on products.

I found this product to be a very effective way to take my daily magnesium. I have noticed many benefits in my health from more balanced energy in the day to very good sleep at night. Also very affordable price. Thank you Mark.
