I am now on my third bottle of this and I love it. I have had a pretty challenging couple of years and my health took a knock as a result. I have been using this and the liposomal NMN to help restore my cellular health and give my body a bit of a boost. I plan to take both for a year. It's hard to site any concrete evidence about how it has helped, but every morning, I feel my body ask for it - like, it really wants it - and I can feel it say 'thank you' afterwards. And I have certainly noticed an increase in energy and ability to engage with activities.

It is very gloopy and I take it on a big teaspoon, and judging by how quickly it takes me to get through a bottle, I am clearly going over the recommended 5ml a day - I'm probably closer to 8ml. However, it feels okay to do that and my body is telling me not to decrease the dose. I cannot emphasise enough how much the body seems to love this. It has an acquired taste, which I don't mind, but I just take it first and then the NMN, which has a lovely sweet cherry flavour to neutralise.

I cannot sing this product's praises enough!
