I wouldn't be without this stuff, and now nor would my mum either. Both of us had B12 results within the very large acceptable blood test range for the NHS, but were showing signs of B12 deficiency with our tongues. We both saw very noticeable benefit on 1 ml per day, after only a few weeks. It is easy to take and tastes quite nice.
