I find this liquid supplement works really well. I've managed to avoid catching any coughs and colds this season and love the fact its absorbed easily into the blood stream. I will definitely continue to use.

I started with 10ml ( instead of 5ml ) Vitamin C and Quercetin. I always take a bit more to feel if their is a result.

Immediately I felt a new presents in the Body which I know from different substances.

It could not be the Vitamin C which I know very well.

A feeling that I am more in the here and now

I finished that bottle with taking 10ml/day. That feeling went into the background but

was present when I gave it attention. That convinced me that it is good. Because I live on a budget I switched over to Liposomal Omega 3 and Liposomal Q 10 in the moment.
