Money Back Offer on products from GHT, GHC and Aerobic Life

The products we provide from GHT (Global Health Trax), GHC (Global Healing Center) and Aerobic Life / Nutritional brands all come with a 60 day money back guarantee for all first orders (we are also flexible over the 60 rule, so we still accept returns if they are slightly late).

To qualify for a refund you must fulfill the following requirements:

  • We must have shipped your order within the EU. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for goods sent outside of the EU.
  • You must contact us within 60 days of receiving your order and provide a quick explanation as to why you would like a refund. Sometimes we find the products have been used inappropriately given the circumstances, and we like to at least offer people the chance to take our advice first.
  • Send us all remains or unused portions of the product(s) (an empty bottle or box will also do if you have finished it) including any unopened products(s) that you may have purchased.
  • This should be received back into our facility any time within 60 days from the date the goods were received, though we allow a few days grace to allow for postal delays.
  • We do not return our outgoing shipping and processing costs or the customer's cost for shipping goods back to us.  We charge £5 charge or 10% of the order value (whichever is the greater sum) to cover our costs.
  • Items sent outside of the UK. You will be refunded the full amount minus the shipping cost of your order and 10% of the order value.
  • If you are one of the people we have spent a long time with on the phone, we will make a small charge as a consultation fee. We only do this with people who have engaged us in a large amount of time and discussion.
  • Please return goods to this address:

Candida sufferers please note:-

  1. Candida is stubborn
  2. Our opinion is that Threelac & Fivelac our most popular anti candida products, will always be part of the solution for candida treatment. But although it's a stand alone treatment in some cases, it isn't in every case. This is why we strongly reccomend you to consider adding some of the other anti candida products we supply to your regime if you aren't getting better.
  3. We also have some concern regarding the manufacturers policy to the extent that in some cases it can take more than 60 days to work. Nonetheless we will adhere to the company's policy when requested to do so.
