I read about the benefits of MSM powder, specifically that made from pine trees (which this one is), and decided to give it a try. I started with half a teaspoon a day mixed with some water, although you could probably mix it with a veg/fruit juice or a smoothie. The taste is very strong and whilst not unbearably bad it will make you pucker. But it only takes seconds to get down and the health benefits are worth it. After taking MSM powder for a week or two I personally noticed that my hair was growing much quicker and seemed to be in better overall condition.
