An update on my previous review. I have Fibromyalgia, CFS and a brain tumour. I now take this with the Global Healing CoQ10 &BioPQQ with Shilajit and it feels like rocket fuel for my brain! Brain fog no more!!! I have clarity. It is so great to have my brain back! I also have more energy. Some days are fantastic in the energy department-I am working on and hoping for those kind of days more regularly.

Improved energy and sleep in first week of taking this product. Felt a little less benefit in the second week but realise I probably needed to take more as I am struggling with CFS. So I will report back after doing just that. Any increase in energy is a positive for me so I will keep taking this product.

An excellent product which I find stabilises my mood to a lovely calm temperament and gives me energy.

Having previously bought & tried this product, with some degree of success, I took a break from taking it for a variety of reasons (the main one being a near year long battle with Laryngopharyngeal Reflux which distracted from any other medical intake). The bottle I had (2/3rds full) remained in a cupboard until just a couple of weeks ago. Following a severe cold and post viral fatigue which had plagued me (after lunchtime in particular) for nearly a full month, I remembered my stash & dug out the NADH. One capsule in a morning on an empty stomach was my dosage. Have to say that the result has been astoundingly good & my energy level has returned to normal. Added benefit of losing the daytime drop off & mid afternoon fatigue has been a vastly improved sleep pattern over the hours when it should be. Have ordered again on the strength of this success!

I bought Nadh (the quick one that dissolves under the tongue) and also this one (timed release). I found the former didn't work for me but this one is brilliant. It's helped alot with dealing with fatigue from long covid. Thanks to Mark for recommending it to me when I emailed him a few months back. If I don't take it I often feel chronically fatigued in parts of the day which feels quite debilitating. I am so happy I found this! Incidentally I started taking flush niacin (b3 as nicotinic acid) also but it didnt seem to work yet for fatigue (others say it works for them for long covid) although it's only been a few days so far. I'm going to try taking both and see how it goes. I still need to pace myself but the nadh has been a game changer!

I have been suffering from long Covid for nearly 2 years. Main symptoms were extreme fatigue, brain fog, feeling disocciated from reality,and bad memory. I noticed an improvement within the first 48hrs of taking these, and I'm not kidding! They have truly helped out of all the supplements I have tried in targeting long covid. I'm not back to 'normal' but I am much improved and heading in that direction. Amazing supplement!

Left writing this until I have nearly used all 60 tabs. Tried to experiment with dose and timing to establish a true evaluation. There is most definitely a beneficial effect from these but jury still out as to whether it is enough (in my personal case) to justify the quite high price. During the initial 2 weeks I took one per day prior to breakfast. Good result with some energy improvement in first week but 2nd week saw a fall off. Tried taking at different time (prior to lunch) but little difference perceived over a 2 week period. Now seems for me to get a consistent increase in energy levels 2 caps per day are required. Have tried morning & lunch timing as well as morning & evening (before food). The latter didn't help with sleep pattern so I am now fixed on the former. May need 2nd bottle to complete evaluation but think it's worth trying. Will report back again!

There is no doubt that these are expensive. However after reading the reviews I decided to go for this time release version instead of the other.

I bought them primarily for my son who has some big exams, ongoing and gets tired and won't do his chores with much enthusiasm either.

The first few times I gave him one before we set out to drive to the exam and asked how he did after. He said he thought they helped.

Then recently he was having a very sluggish week and wouldn't get out of bed to go to the gym (6am starts are hard for teens in the winter). One morning I went in with two tables and water and made him take them. The result was actually astonishing as within half an hour he was up, off to the gym (whistling) and spent the whole morning very motivated with chores, academic work etc.

It's a pity they are so expensive as otherwise I'd be giving them to him on a lot more frequent basis!

Interestingly, when I took two to try, they didn't have the strong effect they had on him, like he'd been put on rocket fuel, but they did help with clearing my brain and I was a bit more focussed.

It's been a godsend and gives me more energy. NADH does what it says on the tin, so to speak. I take 1 per day, and take another one later in the day if my energy starts lagging.

Good advanced Product, it clears my mind and more!

I have just ordered my second pack of NADH delayed release capsules. Some days I have taken just one and on others have taken a further capsule a little later. I intend, with the new order, to take two every day. My main reason for taking these is lack of energy brought about by two major illnesses and getting older. I have definitely noticed a difference with taking theses capsules. I don’t yet feel like Superwoman but have noticed that quite often I can get through the day without lying down. I have great hopes and shall continue taking them. I’ll update after a month and see if the improvement continues.

I tried another brand of NADH 9 years ago and had to stop immediately as it gave me a headache. This time release version has had a transformative effect on my energy levels - I honestly can't believe the difference it made within just a few days!

Fantastic product, works great!

This is a follow-up to an earlier review, but it might be helpful to others. When these slow-release were out of stock, we had to buy the other sublingual version from Prof. Birkmayer (much more expensive!). We found that these did not work, for us, nearly as well as the Finchley Clinic's slow-release,and the effects were not nearly as positive. Perhaps it is the chemicals, or perhaps the method of delivery, who knows? We will continue to buy these, at a price one-third less than the others. My wife said about these: "They have changed my life". She is now very energetic, whereas a few months ago, each day it was an effort to get out of bed.

For quite a long time, I have suffered from fatigue on and off (ON more often than OFF). Any task seemed (notice the past tense) like a mountain to climb. I had to be fit for a 3 week period looking after a young child abroad. My husband found this supplement NADH at the Finchley Clinic and only a few days after taking it twice a day, my energy level went up. I have now been back from my demanding 3 weeks abroad and still feel fine. I am very grateful that my husband found this product.

Good Morning ---I am a male -- 73 years old and apart from a poor memory in excellent health. I started taking NADH 20mg Delayed Release Capsules on the 18th December 2019 >> dosage one per day in the morning on an empty stomach. I have been on NADH 20mg for just 43 days. Now I do feel much more alert and full of energy and my poor memory appears to be improving. I have a question >> if I open the capsule and place the contents under my tongue will this have the same effect as taking the capsule with a drink ? I ask this question as some of your versions of NADH recommended this procedure.

NADH is expensive but Poor Health is much more expensive. I am a true believer that "Your only wealth is your Health"

NADH is natural with no side effects. I would recommend NADH.

NADH Delayed Release, is "delayed release" specifically to avoid opening in the stomach. Do not open the capsule! This will render the product useless.

At 78 years, was beginning to think energy was history. Always read the comments from Mark, but sometimes wondered. However, I decided to try NADH despite my doubts, and am pleased to say these have been removed.

I take two tablets first thing, an hour before breakfast, and I feel really extremely well, and yes, a feeling of energy. This is my second pack of 60, and my second week taking two.

I have been taking supplements for decades, and perhaps with some benefit, but never actually experienced a benefit, until now. A permanent fixture, no question. Thanks, Mark.

REVIEW of NADH Caps (by The Finchley Clinic) in Comparison with RAPID ENERGY (by Prof. Birkmayer)

I've been taking NADH Rapid Energy since about Sept. 2017 after reading an impressive recommendation by John Gray on www.marsvenus.com and I originally ordered it from Prof. Birkmayer's website, the inventor of the product.

My reason for taking it was/is predominantly for overall energy and mental clarity & focus as well as for all the other amazing benefits for health & rejuvenation listed which are based on extensive scientific research and confirmed by numerous astonishing testimonials and I was SUPER impressed with the results I was feeling instantly and over a few weeks of taking it (!) the only drawback being the relatively high cost if one wants to take full advantage of the seriously life enhancing effects it offers.

So I was very excited to try the Finchley Clinic NADH caps, which are considerably less dear, as soon as they came out and especially as they were paired in a special offer with Rapid Energy sublingual tabs! I like using BOTH in different situations! (I cannot compare them with Birkmayer's Constant Energy NADH caps as I never tried them).

I am taking 2 x NADH caps a day and when I forget to take my second one at 3 pm I feel my energy clearly fading! The Rapid Energy of course works almost instantly, within 15 mins, and can be taken at any time irrespective of food intake whereas I need to wait for 2 hrs after a meal (and 30 mins prior to eating) with taking the capsules whose effect is felt after about 1.5 hrs. So there is much to be said for using BOTH products as & when required.

I have noticed that when I feel a migraine or sinus type headache coming on and I take 1 or 2 Rapid Energy tabs that the headache and sinus pain tends to reduce & often disappears altogether (Vit B12 spray has a similar effect but which doesn't last very long) whereas I do not so clearly notice the effect of the NADH caps on my headaches (although they may well be helping to reduce the headaches in the long term but which might be more difficult to establish.)

However, when relying on Rapid Energy ONLY I tend to use 2 or sometimes 3 tabs a day as the energy (although providing a fantastic instant boost) appears not to be as long lasting as the capsules and, last but not least, the tabs work out more expensive than the caps in the long term.

In light of the above I feel the Finchley Clinic NADH capsules are an excellent product (heartfelt thanks for putting in the time, money & effort and producing your own & less expensive brand!) and I will continue taking them daily (probably forever lol) and I find that adding the Rapid Energy tabs as & when required means that my main issues are pretty much all 'sorted'.

I have had fairly low level fatigue for about twenty years (compared to most people) in that I could work part time and look after myself but I was in bed at 8 o'clock. Exercise was not possible either except for short walks. Vitamin C helped a bit. I came across Dr Birkmayers NADH on your site and ordered some but I only took one tablet a day because it was so expensive. I did notice a difference from that, but when your NADH capsules became available I ordered a box and took two per day, and this has made a big difference!!

I can now garden for a few hours I can do housework without sitting down all the time I can go out and I am fine till about 10 o'clock. I think that if I took more I would be normal still.

I have been ill for months with what seemed like a series of chest infections but finally went to the GP and had tests etc. My chest was clear and so it must be nasal. I was feeling so awful for months that I felt like I was punch drunk all the time. I had been trying everything which included The Finchley Clinics NADH capsules - so a scatter gun approach, you might say. So, that is why I sort of forgot that I had started taking it amongst so many others. But I had been saying to people things like, 'The cough hasn't gone but I do feel better in myself'. I noticed for example that I had more energy walking the dogs and no longer had the feeling that I was walking through treacle. I also felt more intellectually vigorous and energetic. I did not initially associate this with the NADH but it is the only new thing that I had taken recently. So my impression is that it has had rather dramatic effect.

I have just purchased NADH from the Finchley Clinic and Wow my energy has been given a great boost. I am healing from a major illness and found it hard to get through the day as my energy was low. Since taking this I have been out for my first run and didn't come back exhausted If you are low in energy this is a must !!

The NADH 1 per day, in the morning, taken along with tbe The Higher Nature Thyroid Support Supplement x 3 morning , taken along with The Finchley Clinic's Licorice Formula x 2 twice per day,and The Kelp Formula x 2 twice per day,has helped naturally recover from Hypothyroidism, and my blood test, now says I have normal healthy thyroid function.

3 months on,I will continue to take the NADH 1 per day in the morning indefinitely, I am reducing to 2 x Thyroid Support Formula, 1 x Kelp Formula twice per day, 1x Licorice Formula per day for 6 months, then 1 of each indefinitely, maybe 2x Thyroid Support Formula indefinitely.

Originally my GP said I had to be put on prescription Thyroxin which I would have had to take for the rest of my life. Mark Lester at the Finchley Clinic has been exceptionally helpful in giving me valuable natural health information and has gone out of his way to help me. I am in excellent health now, natural is best, if you can, keep the faith.
